Guest Blog! Guest Blog!

(Ed. note: Our first guest blog. As regular readers of our blog will know, Barb B. [last name omitted to protect the guilty] and Michael Wurtz recently visited us. These are Barb’s comments and photos. It was our very distinct pleasure to host the two of you.)

It is 4 am on Easter Monday as I write this for The Jiaxing Express blog.  I am still adjusting to jet lag after returning from the time of my life in China.  Terry and Geoff made it so easy for Michael (a good friend I met backpacking in Europe in 1985) and I to capture the essence of their life in Jiaxing, the sights of Shanghai and our journey south to Guilin.  Their insight, hospitality and friendship while we were there will always (Ed. note: redundancy. tsk, tsk) be forever appreciated.  I took over 700 pictures and would like to share just a few of them with you.  Thanks Terry and Geoff from the bottom of my heart….Barb XO

  1. Great guest blog! At first I thought it was April Fool’s Day. But, no. Then I realized that memories are fleeting. See January 1st blog. Just saying…
